Order Processing All orders will be processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. We operate with US overseas warehouse fulfillment. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Shipping Time We ship within the United States from our US warehouse. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Shipping Fees Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. Free shipping is available for orders over the threshold shown on the checkout page. Order Modification & Cancellation Order cancellation is allowed before shipment. Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify your order. Customers shall double-check shipping address information; additional reshipping fees caused by wrong addresses will be borne by buyers. Lost & Damaged Parcels If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team with photos within 3 business days after delivery. We will assist in filing carrier claims and arrange solutions for you.
